We have clearly labeled and identified all of Alexandra’s Original Designs, Original Collections and Other Original content for sale using her either first initial and full last name or her full first name and full last name. While the majority of Sovereign & Sun’s merchandise is created, designed and owned exclusively by Alexandra, Sovereign & Sun also offers and sells merchandise, art work, content and publications owned and produced by other artist, companies and vendors. Our only affiliation with the for mentioned parties is the right to resell their art or products and we do not claim to have produced these items or have any influence on their content and reserve no rights to their creative or artistic property, reserved by the persons or parties providing the reselling rights to Sovereign & Sun.
We advertise and market ourselves as a unique boutique that sells handmade decor, original art work and exclusive bedding and bath products among much more that beautifully sets us a part from the pack and we are incredibly proud of that! However, be advised we in no way are claiming that 100% of the contents on this site are handmade by ourselves or other parties. Sovereign & Sun does not claim to own the exclusive rights to any content that is not an original Sovereign & Sun Brand Product or an Art Work by Alexandra Talese.

In lamens terms, expect the possibility of a delayed delivery or possibly a delivery sent in separate parcels arriving at different times. The whole world is experiencing this right now, with the exception of some big businesses who have the ways and means to work around that. This is a small business and we don't have the same advantage, with that being said, our deliveries have been arriving mostly on "normal" time and we will always be here to answer your questions. Most of our goods are made right here in the US, in fact some are made right here in my home, and then some are from international artist, businesses and other kind of distributors. If you have any questions about where your item is made, is being shipped from and how long the shipping process may take, PLEASE do not hesitate to directly ask us via email. Someone will personally assist you and make sure all of your questions are answered, we take customer service very seriously and we wouldnt be here without our customers. Rest assured, when doing business with us we will do everything within our control to assist and help you. Just a side not about shipping. speaking from my own recent experience, I just received a package the other day from outside the country very quickly but I am still waiting on a package from the US, it’s really dependent on the company you are ordering from and who they use for shipping etc. Not all listed products and or artwork on Sovereign & Sun’s website are my own personal creations, so when you order a product that is not with me that I can ship to you, understand I am working with a third party to get it to you.

With the spread of COVID-19, online shopping continues to rise dramatically, and we are experiencing a variety of supply chain disruptions and delays. In addition, fulfillment center operations have shifted in order to implement increased cleaning and sanitation protocols as well as prioritize orders for household, safety and medical essentials. As a result, our order processing timelines have been extended. Here’s what you will experience…
For new orders, our shipping and delivery date expectations will show longer than you normally expect.
Our timeline for returns and refunds has also been affected. Please note that it may take longer than the usual 5-10 Business Days for us to receive your return package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) for the latter reasons we will be more than happy to assist you.
Reasons for a valid return:
- Product was broken or damaged during shipment or was the wrong product color, style or size per our mistake. If you accidentally order the wrong item we are not liable to issue a return, however we like to keep our customers happy so reach out in the event this happens and we will work with you.
-Product took longer than 1.5 months to arrive to your requested delivery address. We use a third party shipping company, when we ship we are reiant on their schedules and we apologize for any delays. If the delivery is lost or arrives extremely late we will work with you to fix this situation promptly per each unique situation and each unique customer.
-Unique Situations That You Contact Sovereign & Sun about Directly and Privately. ( Email or Call us ).
We are always on your side, just contact us and we will see how we can accomadate and fix the situation in your best interest.
You may return a product to us for a full refund only if the product is broken or damaged upon arrival and you must send us a photo. If you order the wrong size clothing you may exchange it for the correct one. If you order the wrong style of product, you may exchange it for the right one. Please be advised that this will likely take extra time, especially right now with Covid-19 caused delays. So please be careful when placing your order. You can contact us and we will walk you through it, together.
We are ready and willing to resolve unique situations, disputes and/or miscommunication issues, we ask that before you get upset, privatley contact, call or email Sovereign & Sun first, there is always a solution to fix a problem with us. Please refer to our Public Commenting Disclaimer, as we reserve the right to remove any overly negative reviews, complaints or false claims on any of our social media or business pages and we kindly ask that you handle all business matters via personal and private email conversations. This includes questions about shipping cost and time, merchandise prices, promotional details, payment processing etc. We reserve the right to keep our social pages free of private customer business matters.

Offical Return Policy Details
All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

In Some Situations Return Shipping Charges May Be Requested To Reimburse Us, You Will Be Notified Prior To This. You Will Never Be Charged Without A Conversation and Agreement.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least twenty (20) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. You may always email us to keep you in the loop during this proccess.

However, be advised, we do not always include information regarding materials, dimension etc. We reserve the right to offer that information upon request, and to not be held responsible if a product we offered via a third party distributor is found to be falsely advertised. Please note, as usual, we will work with you to correct and resolve any conflicts that pertains to a matter of this sort and work hard to prevent that from happening in the first place.
